Baked Chickpeas
Crispy, Crunchy, Salty, Savory! These baked chickpeas are easy to make and a delicious and healthy snack!
Preheat oven to 400 F. Line a baking tray with parchment and set aside
Drain one package or can of chickpeas. Rinse. Pat dry with paper or kitchen towels (these should be completely dry so they can crisp)
Place chickpeas on prepared pan and spray with olive oil; mix. If you don’t have an olive oil sprayer, put in bowl and add olive oil; mix to combine then add to pan.

Add salt and pepper to desired taste. If you’d like to add other spices or seasoning, I like to add once they’re baked so the spices don’t burn.
Bake for 20 minutes until golden and dried. Remove and serve or store for snacking!
