Ingredients

  • 1 can or package chickpeas
  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil or olive oil spray
  • salt + pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 F. Line a baking tray with parchment and set aside
  • Drain one package or can of chickpeas. Rinse. Pat dry with paper or kitchen towels (these should be completely dry)
  • Place chickpeas on prepared pan and spray with olive oil; mix. If you don't have an olive oil sprayer, put in bowl and add olive oil; mix to combine then add to pan.
  • Add salt and pepper to desired taste. If you'd like to add other spices or seasoning, I like to add once they're baked so the spices don't burn.
  • Bake for 20 minutes until golden and dried. Remove and serve or store for snacking!
