  • spinach torn or roughly chopped, if desired
  • zucchini sliced
  • red cabbage chopped
  • red onion sliced
  • grape or cherry tomatoes handful
  • strawberries sliced
  • blueberries handful
  • raspberries handful
  • toasted almonds
  • hemp seeds 1-2 tbsp
  • garbanzo beans drained and dried; 1/3 c
  • 2-3 tsp Maple Grove Farms gluten-free Poppyseed Dressing or similar
