Our Notes
Overall, this was an EXCELLENT recipe! It delivered what it said it would, it required no overall modifications, it tasted DELICIOUS! It was a bit challenging to accomplish this recipe on my own — the first time, I had my partner helping me “slowly pour” the various items — which is challenging when you have to “whisk constantly”. But it can be done. We also had plain regular yogurt versus greek on hand so we used that — consistently was great; flavor was mild and right on. I had to add more salt and garlic powder than stated to bring out the Alfredo flavor. I also found the recipe slightly hard to follow because of all the ad pop-ups on the recipe card, so you may want to print out or write down the basics. Start to finish, this took about 25 minutes, and I had some ingredients pre-measured. Overall this was a SUPER STAR recipe.
