Adding garlic and roasting in the oven gives this broccoli a super rich flavor -- it's perfect on its own for snacking and great for adding into dishes or using as a side
2-3headsbroccoliflorets cut into relatively same-sized bites
3-4large clovesgarlicsliced thin
olive oil spray or olive oil
salt
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 375 F
Line baking tray with parchment paper. Add broccoli, and scatter slivered garlic throughout
Generously salt and spray with a light mist of olive oil
Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until fork tender but still al dente (based on the size of the bites, you may need to bake a few minutes more or less. Test with fork)
Remove and give another light spray of olive oil. Use immediately or cool and store in fridge for up to a week

If you're short on garlic or not a garlic fan, this is still delicious without!
If you LOVE garlic, like I do, add more! You can even add larger chunks of garlic - they roast up to a nice mellow flavor
