  • blueberries handful
  • raspberries handful
  • kale handful
  • fresh cilantro trimmed
  • hemp seeds 1-2 tbsp
  • pumpkin seeds 1-2 tbsp
  • white balsamic vinegar
  • olive oil extra virgin
