LW FIT: Side Plank Ab Raise

🔥This one is tough but it really works those side abdominals and gets you closer to those nice angled summer abs you want! Start in a side plank, balancing on one arm and create a straight line from one arm to the other (reached high). Slowly lower and lift your body FOCUSING on the side of your body closest to the floor. Try not to twist or move your upper body. I guarantee you will feel this one!

🙌I also show you a modified verson with one knee on the ground — lifting and lowering that bent leg to your straight one is a GREAT way to start out and replicates the same targeted abdominal area.

👉Try two sets of 8 reps on both sides. Your summer abs will thank you!
