Detroit Style Pizza (and my love of it)
I love whipping up pizza crust from scratch, especially from the recipe from No Gluten No Problem (here). One of my faves is the Detroit Style Crust! It’s crispy, delicious and sinfully cheesy. It’s made with a variety of gluten-free organic flours and only 2 T of oil; the key to the crunchy chewy cheesy crust is the mozzarella cheese border. It’s so tasty.
