💪FIT: Plank Weighted LiftsLet’s continue our Plank Series with these Weight, Twisting Lifts!
🎽Start in Plank Position, no weights in your left hand, and one weight in your right hand. Twist TO the right, keeping your core tight and maintaining one straight line as you reach directly up!
➡️I’m using a 5-pound weight here, but you can use a 3, 8 or drop the weight entirely. To modify further, keep your left knee on the ground. 🌟Try for 2 sets of 8 on each side!
